Our client approached us to provide an impressive Premium marquee structure for their “Roaring Twenties / Black and Gold” themed corporate Christmas party to accommodate around 100 guests near the company’s factory premises in Gloucestershire.
There was a clear requirement to deliver the “wow” factor and every detail needed to ensure that a party atmosphere would be easy to create and maintain throughout the evening.
Our solution was to provide festoon lighting to guide all the guests from the factory buildings to a 15m x 42m Clearspan Marquee on 2.3m leg with Ivory Pleated Lining and Ivory Swags. Pea lights in the ceiling, gold overlays and large LED bars gave the event the “WOW” factor. Fews provided all of the furniture and internal decor.
Outside there was a large astro turfed area for guests to cool down during the festivities.
A chessboard dancefloor, large stage, and white sofas creating a casual seating area helped to provide the perfect atmosphere for an annual works Christmas party.
