Brazilian at it’s best

Lambrook School held and end of year fundraising ball for 400 guests. The ball was to be held in the school grounds in Windsor, Fews brought Brazil to Berkshire for a night to remember.

An outdoor reception and entrance area welcomed guests to the party, which started on the real beach complete with palm trees.

The Beetle Juice Bar in a vintage VW Camper Van served tropical cocktails while entertainers and dancers welcomed people to the party.

A 25m Premium Structure with clear gable end and walls and curved roof was the perfect solution for the main ball area, a pagoda structure was used to create a striking entrance.
 Coloured drapes extending from the central ridge were used to add a dramatic splash of colour and round tables were decorated with with table top palm trees. Lime wash Chivari chairs and pale tablecloths kept the decor classy.

Transparent walls allowed guests to enjoy being outside on a summers evening with the comfort of being inside as night fell. The half round bar was lit to compliment the rest of the décor, gobo lights added to the party vibe of the dance floor and looked great on deep violet carpet. The carpet itself was laid on board flooring to give a level surface, this makes a huge difference to dancing and dining areas.
