In order to create a bespoke design and quotation for your structure, there are some steps we need to take together:

Step 1

Request a call back by completing the contact details form opposite and submit it OR call us direct on: 01527 821789

Step 2

We’ll discuss the details of your structure with you and book a site visit.

Step 3

At the site visit we will measure up and discuss access details, health and safety, design and any other specialist requirements.

Step 4

After the site visit we will generate a CAD design in 2D / 3D and a detailed quote including line by line costings for all elements, emailing it to you for approval.

Step 5

Once you are happy and any refinements have been made, your booking will be secured on payment of a 30% deposit.

Step 6

Post booking, our project management and operational team will work with your designated team to plan and schedule the installation and removal from site, taking into consideration all necessary RAMS implications.

Step 7

Depending on the scale of the structure, our project management and operational team will remain on hand to attend any joint operational meetings when required.

Step 8

We agree a build schedule with you, ensuring we are onsite exactly when you expect us, then the magic can begin.

Step 9

Following completion of every event we offer a full debrief and lessons learnt session.
