Racing Point pride themselves on throwing a good party, especially at their HQ next to Silverstone circuit in Northamptonshire. Our brief was to provide a space that would have the capacity and flexibility to accommodate all of their guests, help to create the right atmosphere, and keeping all decor in line with their new brand guidelines.
Our solution was to provide a 25m x 55m Clearspan Premium Marquee with Curved PVC Roof on 3m Leg for the main area, and a 9m x 36m Clearspan Marquee on 2.3m Leg for catering, toilets and bar storage. To create the right atmosphere we used a lot of specialist gobo lighting effects, including parcan lights creating a pink string effect above the bar area.
We also used a mixture of white lining and clear PVC roofs to make an interesting contrast overall. To finish off the party environment we installed staging, a checkerboard dance floor, and furniture throughout.
The final touch was five large heaters to make sure everyone was toasty and warm.
