Sytner are the UK’s biggest name in prestige car sales, offering an extensive range of new and used cars from 20 of the world’s most prestigious manufacturers.
Their Management conference was held at Cheltenham Racecourse, they required a structure to be used as an area for breakfast, refreshments and socialising before and after the conference itself which was to be held in the main building of the racecourse.
The 25m x 45m Structure was situated on the racecourse itself. The ground here was sloped, so the Cassette flooring was built on a substructure which was 1.7m at its highest point. This ensured the floor would be completely level. A bespoke wooden entrance featuring glass panel railings, combined with a branded gable end created a great first impression, the structure itself was very impressive.
Within the structure, a branded round bar provided a focal point and provided a stylish area to serve refreshments from.
A viewing platform was erected around the marquee so that attendees could appreciate the views of the racecourse and surrounding countryside and provided even more space for attendees to socialise.
Cocktail tables were positioned on the platform, which was a lovely area to enjoy the weather and for attendees to eat lunch before returning to the main racecourse building for the rest of the conference. Fews also provided interior cooling equipment to keep attendees comfortable inside the marquee.
A catering area was assembled within the structure, it was important that this was light and spacious enough for the caterers to work comfortably.
“The perfect way to make the most of a great location.”
